If you're a matcha fan and craving something refreshing, an iced matcha latte is the way to go! This vibrant green drink is packed with antioxidants and provides a smooth, energizing caffeine boost without the crash. Plus, it’s super easy to make at home in just a few minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 grams Matcha Bali powder (or your favorite high-quality matcha)
  • 40 ml warm water (about 70°C)
  • 120 ml milk or oat milk (for a vegan version)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

Prepare the Matcha:
  • In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to avoid clumps.
  • Add 40 ml of warm water (not boiling) and whisk with a matcha whisk (or use a small hand frother) until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
Sweeten (Optional):
  • If you like your iced matcha latte a bit sweeter, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener while the matcha is still warm. Stir until completely dissolved.
Assemble the Drink:
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Add the milk (or oat milk)
  • Pour the prepared matcha on top of the milk.
